Returns and Cancellations

We cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We can also not accept the return of wine damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment/storage or ordered in error. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Please email (info@nokesvillewinery) to arrange for the return of corked or flawed products.

Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine, shipping, and handling. Please get in touch with (703)-330-3467 or info@nokesvillewinery.com for return instructions.
