 Tucked into the heart of Nokesville, the mini wine festival dedicated to Norton—the state’s native grape—offers an intimate celebration of flavor and heritage. Local winemakers uncork their finest bottles, each one telling a story of deep roots and resilient vines. Guests sipped age-worthy wines while wandering between vineyard booths, and live acoustic tunes drifted through the air. Artisan food pairings—from smoked cheeses to smoked sausage from a local butcher —heightened the grape's spicy, fruit-forward notes, and vintners held talks spotlighting Norton’s revival and its rightful place among America’s heritage varietals. It wasn't just a tasting—it was a toast to legacy. 

A $12 ticket will include a tasting of 5 1-oz pours from 5 different wineries, along with a food plate to pair with all the different Nortons. 

Tickets will be available for sale on the day of the event.
